You will be expected to contribute to the application portfolio that supports our Client Service, Sales, Marketing, Client Reporting as well as our Corporate functions in Human Resources and Finance. You will help the team accelerate delivery of critical features and functionality, while also making material contributions to technical modernization initiatives. What you will doDrive full stack software development efforts aimed at providing our Client Service, Sales, Marketing and Corporate teams with robust analysis, reporting, sales tools and workflow efficiencyAdvance and develop proprietary and vendor applications that support CRM, website, and marketing analyticsPlay a key role in architecting future sales and marketing applicationsEngineer applications based on cloud native principlesWork effectively with our infrastructure engineering teams to implement software solutions with high degrees of scalability and resiliencyExecute and migrate existing workloads to cloudCollaborate with relationship managers, marketing managers, and senior management to align program focus and prioritizationWhat you will bring7+ years of demonstrated experience in software development with leadership responsibilitiesDeep understanding of core AWS services, uses, and basic AWS architecture best practicesDemonstrated experience working with Python and Cstack capabilities: Angular front end preferred, APIs, and databasesExperience with JavaScript and Typescript is a plusKnowledge with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub and CICD tools is a plusUnderstanding of any of the following: Oracle DB, MS SQL, Snowflake, SingleStore, or DenodoExperience with public cloud implementation and servicesHands on background in all aspects of application development lifecycleEagerness to learn about and work on any application in the team's portfolioPreferred domain knowledge within financial servicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other related disciplineEnergy, enthusiasm, motivation, and a results-oriented attitudeExpected base salary for the role will generally be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment.

However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other forms of compensation such as, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
